Voice command to animate a 3d model with its own animation

I have tried to animate by just changing the Astronaut Manager . but i cant seem to make a animation play only on the expanded model. I would like to say "get down" and have a animation of him dancing. anyone have a good tutorial or example to do this with the holograms_211 scene?
