Hello! Hopefully someone can shed some light on this. I just received the Acer Mixed Reality Headset (Dev Edition) and I'm running into an issue during initial setup in the Mixed Reality Portal.
As can be seen in the provided screenshot below, the 'Continue' button is grayed out and I can't seem to get past this no matter how I try to position the headset. I also believe that my workspace is bright enough.
Windows seems to recognize the headset. It is connected via HDMI through a GeForce 1060, as well as USB 3.0 directly to the motherboard. I am running Windows 10 Home Insider OS Build 16288.1 with the latest NVidia video card drivers. I can provide more info if needed. Any help would be appreciated!
