Mixed Reality 250 custom shared hologram

Hey Devs,

i went through the Mixed Reality 250 course and got it working.
However i'd like (probably lots of people) to build in my own custom holograms instead of the 'Usland'.

Does anyone know what it takes to replace the 'Usland' prefab with a custom one ? Intuitively i disabled the Usland prefab and copied the components from the Usland to my new hologram but for some reason it doesn't work.

I can establish a connection with the 2 hololenses but the 2nd one joining doesn't see anything

Does it take more than just the components or has anyone a clue what to do?
