Hologram240 doesn't have Microsoft.CSharp/4.0.1

I'm going to implement Hologram 240 by the tutorial. But I get some problem.
After I download the project from the web and open it, it tell me an error like this :
"System.Exception: Package directory not found: "c:\Users\sping.nuget\packages\Microsoft.CSharp\4.0.1"."

Can someone tell me how to install it or how to solve this problem
