Unity and Vuforia Problem

I am creating applications using Unity and Vuforia.
When you start the application with Hololens, Gaze moves about. And Airtap is not responding.
I want to know how to solve this problem.

OS: win10 pro 64bit
Unity ver: 5.6.2f1
